  Only one weekly meeting?

  new wt october 2023....first an article remembering 1923....they make changes, the had a "prayer, praise and testimony weekly meeting".. after an study article about obey, specially paragraph 18.. i have a wild guess, next year, just one weekly meeting for the borg..

  The 15 minute break was to go to the candy store next door. If course that was when we had a hodge podge of self built and repurposeded halls, nowthey are remote from added attractions.

  To keep people in they need reasonable attire standards and a few social events. And no droning meetings; WT could be 15 minutes, Sunday sermon 15 minutes. Announcements could be put on JW Publisher where they belong to start with. I think tge "safety" meeting for toilet scrubbing takes 15 minutes, and wear a reflective vest and hard hat.

  Oh yes. A kind loving clean organization with severe sanctions on any leader who abuses hus power. Add training and vetting and humanity. I wish someone could have a disclosed settlement.

  Plagiarized from themselves to boot. It took me 5 mjnutes to " write" all the talks looking at the program. Of course they bloviate. Change the unnamed african country to nazi Germany or soviet or eastern Europe, same (massaged) story.

  Interesting to note comments that the deleted videos were included in a few instances. Heads will roll.

  i have heard from a few ppimis and several pimos that the attendants who are stationedly-assigned to the front entrances of the borgvenues (cahs and other arenas) have been checking to see if any persons (members and non-member visitors) have badges.

  on the other hand, if these persons don't have one, this is what i was told that these dubs do this: corral around the non-badge-wearing individual and interrogate he/she/them plus questioning them, "why are you here?!".

  also, even if that person or persons have an invitation plus showed it to these dubs, these toy cops still do that procedure.

  TD, used by Spsnish? Or obligation on deals made years in advance. Locally there are 2 assemblies held 100 miles from the assembly hall, but circuit assemblies draw assignments from 3-400 miles.

  JWs unrecognisable compared to my grandfathers time

  my grandfather who has been dead for 37 years would not recognise the borganisation today.

  he would turn in his grave if he knew the end didn’t come by 2023.. back in the 1970s he really believed in the 75 thing.

  he was so disappointed and almost blamed everyone else why the end didn’t come.
